What will happen to my Premium Placements?

Your purchased Premium Placement ZIP codes will become exclusive. Meaning, each ZIP code will have a limited number of Premium Placements. If you own Premium Placements, you can relax because you have already reserved your exclusive spot in the Premium Placement ZIP’s you own, which means more value for you!

Each ZIP code will provide a limited number of Premium Placement opportunities based on the REO volume in that ZIP code. This limits the competition and adds more value for Agents. 

How many Premium Agents can be in one ZIP area?

No, there will be no price change for any ZIP codes. The only change is that each ZIP code will have a limited number of Premium Placements.  

Will price of Premium Placements change?

Some agents receive their first listing in one week, while others receive their first listing in 10 months. Results are driven by market conditions, competition, your profile, and REO activity in your area. Please remember that Premium Placement ZIP codes provide you Brand name exposure to Servicers using Agent search, and a better chance of receiving listings. For best results, we recommend advertising with Premium Placement ZIP codes for at least 9 months.

No. The REO market is still active. In fact, as of April 2016 some ZIP codes have as many as 63 active REO properties on Equator.

Is Equator limiting Premium Placements for ZIP’s because there is no REO volume?

What's Changed

When searching for ZIPs, the system will display the total amount of REO sales ($) in Equator within the past 365 days in the county. This regional data is updated daily.

Each ZIP will display how many Exclusive Premium Placements are available. This tells you how tough the competition is in your area.

Transparent Availability

You can get onto the waiting list when an Exclusive Premium Placement is sold out. Once on the waiting list, you will get a notification email whenever a spot becomes open, and reserving your spot is on a first come, first serve basis.

Whenever you add an Exclusive Premium Placement to your shopping cart, your exclusivity is reserved and you have 72 hours to complete the transaction. Your exclusive spot will be held and unavailable to other agents during this time.
